Coaching session

Through individual virtual sessions you will receive personalized coaching for discussing progress, questions or concerns, education, course correction and next steps. Continuing with on-going coaching sessions provides an opportunity for additional specific and personalized protocols and resources, and are important for support, motivation and accountability.

There is a shorter option (30 min session) for more frequent check-ins or a longer option (60 min session) for less frequent check-ins.

An initial consultation session must be done prior to a coaching session.

Coaching bundles

Bundling 6 virtual coaching sessions spread out at your convenience to enhance support, accountability and progress by having structured sessions and on-going access.

Benefits included:

  • 6 (30 min) individual coaching sessions

  • Access to logging food and assessing nutrition

  • Digital check ins & on-going access with your coach

  • Ability to ask questions and obtain timely feedback

We can discuss alternatives to bundling your coaching sessions to build a plan more customized for you.

Initial consultation

To get you started on your health journey, we will do a virtual initial consultation session after completing intake forms. In this session we will discuss your current health, history, symptoms you’re experiencing and review goals. We will then go over personalized nutrition and lifestyle options and create protocols and next steps together.

This must be done prior to ongoing coaching sessions.

Classes, Workshops and Speaking…oh my!

In person or online, grow your knowledge or skills in a group setting on various nutrition and wellness topics. Let’s connect to discuss further.
